It’s why we chose that name emerging out of that mantra as our True North and have been guided by it for almost 30 years since our founding on 1 April 1995

At the time, the three realtime media types were mobile, web and radio. We worked to exploit that with customers and evolved the journey over time.

Today, it is social, radio and your mobile. Social has superseded the web page and other media as the dynamo of the feedback loop.

Today we live in an age of “small social”, an explosion of more intimate and personal digital spaces and communities.

You could use other names – the concierge economy, the personal economy, the data economy, the trust economy… intimacy sounds right to us though.
